Job Responsibilities

- Call property owners from real estate portals, databases and internal leads.
- Explain Roosthaus services and onboard property owners.
- Verify property details, rent, deposit, availability, furnishing and other requirements.
- Follow up with owners to confirm property availability.
- Call tenants/buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Share suitable property options with tenants/buyers.
- Schedule and coordinate property visits.
- Follow up with clients after visits and maintain lead status.
- Coordinate with the sales team/brokers for successful closures.
- Update daily calling, follow-up and lead data in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Post and update property listings on relevant real estate portals when required.
- Maintain proper records of owner and client conversations.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Ensure skilled and polite communication with owners, tenants and buyers.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in English/Hindi; Marathi is an advantage.




- Basic knowledge of Mumbai locations and residential real estate is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and disciplined.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- Prior telecalling/real estate experience will be an advantage.

Key Performance Areas (KPI)

- Daily number of quality calls.
- New owner leads generated.
- Properties successfully onboarded.
- Tenant/buyer leads generated.
- Property visits scheduled.
- Follow-up completion.
- Conversion/closure support.
- Accurate and timely updating of lead records.

Working Conditions

- Working hours/weekly schedule as per company requirements.
- Employee must complete assigned calls, follow-ups and daily deliverables within the required timeline.
- Regular reporting to the assigned manager/team leader.
- Salary/incentives will be as per the company's approved structure.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
