Legal Assistant – Doorstep Car Wash Company

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support our Legal Advisor and assist in handling the company's day-to-day legal and operational matters.

Eligibility

- Degree in Law (LLB preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam.
- Hindi speaking is mandatory.
- Robust communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Legal Advisor in managing the company's legal matters.
- Handle working kit retrieval from car washing partners.
- Follow up on guarantee cheque collection, verification, and related payment issues.
- Coordinate with car washing partners, franchisees, and internal departments regarding legal and compliance matters.
- Prepare, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, notices, and records.




- Assist in coordinating with police stations and other statutory authorities whenever required.
- Maintain legal files, case records, and documentation.
- Support the Legal Advisor in legal proceedings, dispute resolution, and daily legal operations.
- Ensure proper follow-up on pending legal and compliance-related matters.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in legal documentation, collections, recovery, or corporate legal support is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Candidates with experience in operational legal support, recovery, franchise management, or dispute handling will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
