Key Responsibilities

Manage complete accounting and finance functions for a group of companies operating in real estate and construction.

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, journals, bank reconciliations, and financial records.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Handle project-wise accounting, construction costs, budgets, and profitability analysis.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and cash flow.

Manage GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance and ensure timely filings.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors, and government authorities.

Review and control accounting entries and ensure accuracy of financial data across group companies.

Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, project costing reports, and management dashboards.

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost-control initiatives.

Monitor inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and fund transfers between group entities.

Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.

Supervise junior accounting staff and coordinate day-to-day accounting activities.





Assist management with financial analysis and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance or equivalent.

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Excellent knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance.

Experience with real estate and construction accounting is highly preferred.

Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting/ERP software.

Good understanding of project costing, budgets, cash flow, and MIS.

Ability to independently manage accounts for multiple companies.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

A hands-on Senior Accountant capable of independently managing the finance and accounting operations of multiple companies within a real estate and construction group, with strong attention to compliance, project profitability, cash flow, and financial controls.
