Lin & S Corporation is looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst / Business Development professional who will contribute to business growth through market research, lead generation, client communication, data analysis, and strategic business initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to understand how businesses operate, identify growth opportunities, analyse data, and build strong relationships with potential clients. Candidates may join as interns with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify potential leads through various online and offline channels.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, quotations, and client documentation.
- Analyse business data, sales reports, and operational metrics to identify insights and trends.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Management.




- Participate in client meetings and assist in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Prepare weekly reports on business development activities and project progress.
- Support strategic planning initiatives and contribute ideas for improving business processes.
- Build and maintain skilled relationships with prospective clients and business partners.

Preferred Qualifications

- BBA, MBA, BBM, B.Com, BE, B.Tech, or related degree.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Previous internship or exposure to sales, business analysis, consulting, or marketing is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, Power BI, Tableau, or basic data visualization is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
