Job description:

Attractive Incentive Opportunity
Upto 40k-50k incentive opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to signage and printing inquiries
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable signage/printing solutions
- Educate clients on different types of signage (Glow sign boards, Flex, Acrylic, LED, etc.) and printing options (offset, digital, large format, etc.)
- Prepare and share accurate quotations based on client requirements
- Follow up with clients to close deals and confirm orders
- Take basic decisions regarding printing materials, sizes, and finishes based on requirement
- Coordinate with the operations/production team after order confirmation
- Ensure proper handover of project details for execution
- Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi, Bengali, English preferred)




- Basic knowledge of signage and printing materials/processes
- Strong negotiation and sales closing ability
- Ability to understand technical requirements and suggest solutions
- Good coordination and multitasking skills
- Confidence in decision-making for printing solutions

Qualifications:

- Minimum Graduate (any stream)
- Experience in signage, printing, advertising, or related field preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

Experience:

- 1–3 years in telecalling / sales / printing / advertising industry preferred

- Lead conversion ratio
- Number of quotations shared
- Order closure rate
- Client satisfaction
- Repeat business

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
