Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, modernization, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications built on the Microsoft technology stack. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET technologies, enterprise application architecture, database design, integration patterns, and modern software development practices.
The Solution Architect will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers, and project managers to define solution roadmaps, establish technical standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design
Define end-to-end application architecture for enterprise solutions.
Create architecture blueprints, solution design documents, and technical strategies.
Design scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications, APIs, and integration solutions.
Drive modernization initiatives from legacy technologies to modern architectures.
Ensure adherence to architectural standards, best practices, and governance models.
Technical Leadership
Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
Resolve complex technical challenges across multiple systems.
Development & Integration
Architect solutions using Microsoft technology stack including:

Design RESTful services and enterprise integrations.
Develop application modernization strategies for legacy client-server applications.

Guide reporting solution design using:

DevOps & Delivery
Drive Agile delivery practices and Scrum ceremonies.

Collaborate with QA and Operations teams to ensure successful production deployments.
Stakeholder Management
Interact with customers, business users, and leadership teams.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Support estimation, solution proposals, and technical presentations.
