About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling tax compliance (GST & TDS), managing vendor payouts, and ensuring the smooth financial functioning of our manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily accounts, ledgers, and financial transactions using Tally Prime / ERP 9.
- Tax & Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance returns accurately and on time.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure all financial data aligns perfectly.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage vendor invoices, track outstanding client payments, and process timely payouts.
- Inventory Accounting:



Collaborate with the production team to track raw material and finished goods inventory for accurate cost accounting.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, Profit & Loss statements, and balance sheets for management review.
- Audit Support: Assist external auditors by providing well-organized documentation and resolving any accounting queries.

Important Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or a related financial field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9 and Microsoft Excel.
- General Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, trading, or FMCG workplace.
- Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for numbers, minimizing errors in data entry and financial reporting.
- Trustworthy & Professional: High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive company financials.
