Job Title: Visual Merchandiser (VM)Role Overview

The Visual Merchandiser (VM) will be responsible for creating compelling in-store visual experiences that reflect Manubhai Jewellers’ luxury positioning and drive sales performance.

This role ensures premium presentation of jewellery collections, maintains brand aesthetics across stores, and enhances customer engagement through strategic product displays, window concepts, and seasonal campaigns.

The VM will collaborate closely with Retail, Marketing, and Inventory teams to translate brand identity into impactful store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Window & In-Store Displays

- Design and execute luxury-focused window displays to attract high-value footfall.
- Create focal points, feature tables, and premium collection zones.
- Optimize lighting to enhance jewellery brilliance, finish, and craftsmanship.

Product Presentation & Layout

- Define display zoning by category (Bridal, Daily Wear, Diamonds, Gold, Platinum).
- Maintain luxury spacing standards and display density principles.
- Ensure mannequins, busts, props,



and display units are well maintained and aligned with brand guidelines.

Vendor & Material Coordination

- Coordinate with fabrication vendors for props, signage, and installations.
- Manage VM budgets efficiently while ensuring premium execution.
- Oversee timely and high-quality implementation of VM concepts.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of luxury retail merchandising.
- Space planning and store layout optimization.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory).
- Understanding of retail KPIs and sales analytics.
