ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic CFP Trainer to join FPA Edutech's Academic Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in financial planning concepts, mentoring students, and ensuring an engaging learning experience. You will contribute to curriculum enhancement, support learner development, and collaborate with fellow trainers to maintain academic excellence and industry relevance. This position offers an opportunity to inspire and guide aspiring financial planning professionals toward successful careers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In this role, you’ll contribute across the entire training lifecycle - teaching, mentoring, researching, and innovating to ensure students receive the highest standard of learning.

Your responsibilities will include:





- Delivering engaging and interactive sessions for students and corporate clients
- Preparing study material, notes, assignments, and exam resources
- Researching to enhance curriculum quality and relevance
- Supporting students in exam preparation and doubt-solving sessions Collaborating with the content and academic teams to maintain academic excellence

We’re looking for someone dynamic, passionate, and detail-oriented - A finance professional who enjoys guiding aspiring professionals and has a strong command of financial concepts.

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (Finance specialization preferred
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Robust interpersonal and mentoring abilities
- Passion for education and student success
- Immediate joiner preferred
