1) Ensure that entire operations in the workshop are in line with SAS (Service Assurance

Standards)

set by MSIL.

2) To conduct daily morning meetings in the workshop with full team with focus on

areas for improvement.

3) To supervise the maintenance of equipment/s.

4) To ensure that the stock of tools is well maintained.

5) To participate in Monthly Business Review meetillgs with detailed power point presentation on

branch perfonnance in the prescribed tonnat.

6) To ensure Job cards are opened in DMS for all vehicles coming for work (Service/ body shop).

Any deviation will be subject to documented approval from DGM/ MD&CEO.;

7) To ensure disposal of scrap/black oil on a timely basis as per the direction from HO.

8) Body shop Cu omer Complaint Handling - Must represent BRD in MSIL for Body shop

customer complaint/s.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
