Position: Accountant
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Location: Pawane MIDC, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

About the Company

Arc and Fusion India Private Limited is a leading mechanical engineering service provider undertaking projects in India and abroad. We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Handle Tally accounting software and maintain books of accounts.
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, sales entries, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
- Bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Maintain proper records of vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and accounting reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management whenever required.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting procedures.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and financial documentation.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday

Transportation Facility

Pickup and Drop facility available from:

- Sanpada Railway Station
- Turbhe Railway Station
