KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and supervise transformer testing activities from routine testing to final testing.
- Ensure testing is conducted as per applicable IS/IEC standards and customer specifications.
- Handle routine, type, and special testing of Power / Distribution Transformers.
- Review test procedures, test reports, and test results.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Design, and Customer Inspection teams.
- Plan testing schedules and ensure timely completion.
- Troubleshoot testing-related technical issues.
- Maintain testing, calibration, and technical records.




- Lead and guide the Testing team.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Transformer Testing.
- Transformer industry experience is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of transformer testing processes and testing equipment.
- Good understanding of applicable IS/IEC standards.
- Experience in handling transformer testing teams.
- Strong technical, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
