Job Summary

We are looking for experienced International Voice Process Executives with 2.5–6 years of experience in international BPO/customer support. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer calls, resolving queries, maintaining service quality, and achieving process KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Provide professional and accurate responses to customer queries.
- Resolve complaints and issues within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Document customer interactions accurately in CRM/tools.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve daily/monthly KPIs such as AHT, CSAT, FCR, Quality Score and Productivity.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Maintain professional communication with international customers.




- Work effectively during US/UK/Australia shifts and rotational week-offs.

Candidate Requirements

- 2.5 to 6 years of experience in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Clear and neutral/understandable accent.
- Strong listening and customer-handling skills.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
- Experience with CRM/ticketing tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in night/rotational shifts.
- Any Degree / Diploma / 12th qualification, depending on process requirements.
