Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager / Senior Finance Executive to independently manage finance and banking activities for multiple businesses. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting, banking, fund raising, cash flow and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete finance, banking and accounting activities for multiple businesses.
- Manage bank transactions, BRS, working capital, loans and credit facilities.
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for fund raising and finance requirements.
- Prepare and monitor cash flow, budgets, MIS, P&L; and Balance Sheet.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations and financial records.
- Handle GST, TDS, audits and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to management.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses and fund utilization.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other financial parties.
- Support management in financial planning, cost control and business expansion.
- Supervise and guide the accounts/finance team.
- Ensure timely completion of all finance and accounting activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance & Banking.




- Good understanding of fund raising, loans, working capital and cash management.
- Experience handling multiple companies/businesses.
- Knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, MIS, P&L; and Balance Sheet.
- Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage finance operations and lead a small team.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent.
Experience: 5+ years in Finance & Accounts, preferably with experience handling multiple businesses.
