About the Role

We are looking for a Program Associate – Student Wellbeing & Innovation to support the development and execution of our student-focused wellbeing and innovation initiative.

The role combines student wellbeing research, programme execution, technology, quality and innovation. The candidate will work closely with the team to translate ideas into practical programmes, activities and digital experiences for students.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research related to student wellbeing, psychology, child development and learning.
- Support the development and review of student-focused content, activities and programmes.
- Coordinate and execute new initiatives from planning to implementation.
- Collect and analyse student/user feedback to improve the platform and programmes.
- Test and review digital platforms, features and user experiences.
- Research relevant AI, technology and digital tools for student wellbeing and engagement.
- conduct Companion hiring and training programmes
- Support internal training and development of resources related to student wellbeing.
- Identify new opportunities and contribute to R&D; and innovation initiatives.





What We Prefer

- Strong interest in psychology, child development, student wellbeing, education or technology.
- Good research, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand ideas, structure them and turn them into practical execution.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Background in Psychology, Child Development, Education,Technology or related fields is preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
