Job Summary
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, providing after-sales support
Job Responsibilities
· Maintaining records of dispatch summary of Customer
· Making Order Sheet
· Maintaining Customer Data Sheet
· To send dispatch detail to customer
· Maintaining Dispatch Details
· Follow up for vehicle status whether it has reached at destination on timer or not
· Follow up for Purchase Order and Schedule
· To Send Quotation Every Month for New rates
· To send Performa Invoice to customer
· Looking after Recent customer Enquiry
· Looking after customers query and coordinating with concern department
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Making Sales & pending Order Reports
- Payment Follow ups
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
