Role Summary

We are looking for an AI-first SEO professional who can drive organic growth through Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The ideal candidate should leverage AI tools and automation to improve search visibility, streamline workflows, and optimize content for both traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences.

Core Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for client websites.
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis.
- Identify new keyword opportunities using AI-assisted research.
- Perform competitor analysis and content gap analysis.

2. Technical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits.
- Improve crawlability and indexability.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and website performance.
- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, redirects, and structured data.
- Implement Schema Markup (Organization, Local Business, Product, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb).

3. On-Page SEO

- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, URLs, and image alt tags.
- Build internal linking strategies.
- Optimize landing pages for conversions and search visibility.
- Perform regular content audits and optimization.

4. Off-Page SEO

- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical outreach.
- Execute guest posting campaigns.
- Manage local business citations.
- Build brand mentions and digital PR opportunities.
- Monitor backlink profile and disavow toxic links when required.

5. Local SEO

- Optimize Google Business Profile.
- Improve Google Maps visibility.
- Manage reviews and reputation.




- Optimize local landing pages.
- Build local citations and location authority.

6. AI SEO & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)

- Optimize content for AI-generated search results and Search Generative Experience (SGE).
- Improve visibility across AI-powered search platforms and conversational assistants.
- Structure content for featured snippets, AI summaries, FAQs, and entity recognition.
- Implement semantic SEO and topical authority strategies.
- Leverage AI agents and LLMs to automate keyword research, schema generation, internal linking, and content optimization workflows.

7. Content Strategy

- Work closely with content writers and designers.
- Build SEO content calendars.
- Identify content gaps.
- Develop topical authority clusters.
- Recommend content improvements using AI insights.

8. Analytics & Reporting

- Track keyword rankings.
- Event Tracking & Event making.
- Monitor organic traffic and conversions.
- Analyze Google Search Console and GA4 data.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports.
- Measure ROI and recommend optimization opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Local SEO.
- Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills





- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Expertise in Technical SEO and website audits.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is an advantage.
- Experience implementing Schema Markup.
- Understanding of Core Web Vitals.

AI & Automation

- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools such as Surfer SEO, Frase, Clearscope, MarketMuse, Rankability, or equivalent.
- Ability to use AI for workflow automation and SEO optimization.

SEO Tools

Experience with:

- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager
- Ahrefs
- SEMrush
- Screaming Frog
- Sitebulb (preferred)
- PageSpeed Insights
- Looker Studio

Analytical Skills

- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable interpreting traffic trends and algorithm updates.
- Ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.

Soft Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong project management skills.
- Self-driven and proactive.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving AI and search technologies.
- Detail-oriented with a continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI-powered search optimization (GEO).
- Experience in Local SEO for retail or multi-location businesses.
- Understanding of EEAT and semantic SEO principles.
- Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) is a plus.

Pay: Up to ₹504,000.00 per year
