About the Role We are looking for a target-oriented and self-motivated BDE to help us generate international business opportunities in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) industry.

Key Responsibilities Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, web research, and other channels.

Research potential international clients and maintain lead data.

Send daily business emails and conduct regular follow-ups.

Identify and qualify potential prospects.

Maintain lead and communication records in Excel.

Support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Achieve assigned lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills Good English communication & interpersonal skills.





Basic knowledge of B2B Sales and Lead Generation.

Knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, and skilled email communication.

Good research and data collection skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

Comfortable with daily emailing and follow-ups.

Willingness to learn International Sales and the AEC industry.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

0–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development is an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
