We are seeking a vibrant, customer-oriented, and well-groomed Showroom Sales Representative to join our dynamic retail team. As the face of our showroom, you will play a crucial role in welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the perfect purchase. Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers with a warm and qualified attitude.
- Product Consultations: Understand customer preferences and pitch appropriate products, highlighting features and benefits.
- Sales Targets: Actively work towards meeting and exceeding daily and monthly showroom sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom floor, product displays, and racks are organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking stock levels, reporting fast-moving items, and ensuring products are properly tagged and priced.
- Relationship Building:



Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Billing Assistance: Handle basic cash/card billing transactions accurately when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in any stream (Retail or Fashion backgrounds are a plus).
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in showroom sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service (Freshers with great communication skills are welcome!).
- Skills:
- Fluent communication skills (Local language and basic English preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Attributes: Confident, well-groomed, punctual, and possessing a positive attitude.
