Sales Executive

· Experience: 3–4 years Experience Required

· Qualification: Postgraduate

· Gender: Male/Female

· Work Mode: Work from Office

· Location: Jaipur

· Only Real Estate experience considered

· Skills: Good personality, presentable, confident, fluent in Hindi & English

· Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month along with incentive

· Freelancers/Broker firms not allowed

Responsibilities:

Generate and manage leads through various channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.

Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.

Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

Negotiate and close deals while achieving assigned sales targets.





Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the CRM.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales.

Post Graduate in any discipline.

Working in Real Estate.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.

Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.

Strong negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
