Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location:-Delhi NCR

Experience:-6 Months – 2 Years

Salary:-₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

*Handle sales, purchase, and leasing of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and warehouse properties.

*Generate leads and identify potential clients and business opportunities.

* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.

* Conduct property site visits and client meetings.

* Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.

* Negotiate terms and close sales and leasing deals.

* Coordinate with clients and internal teams for documentation and transaction processes.

* Track market trends and maintain regular sales reports.

Requirements





* 6 months to 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales, or Leasing.

* Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to generate leads and close deals.

* Knowledge of Delhi NCR real estate market will be an advantage.

* Basic understanding of property documentation and transactions.
