We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations, bookings reconciliation, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally / Zoho Books
- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Bank reconciliation, cash flow management, and petty cash handling

2. Tour Costing & Vendor Management

- Costing for tour packages - flight, hotel, visa, transport
- Vendor payment follow-ups (Hotels, DMCs, Airlines)
- Agent / Customer payment collection follow-up
- Reconciliation of Group Tour expenses

3. GST & Compliance

- GST filing preparation, invoicing (B2B & B2C)
- TDS calculation and payment
- Coordination with our Auditor / CA

4. Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly P&L; and cash flow reports for MD
- Maintain financial records and filing
- Monthly closing and finalization of accounts





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B.Com / M.Com with 2+ years accounting experience
- Mandatory: Tally Prime / Tally ERP, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot), GST
- Knowledge of Zoho Books will be an added advantage
- Experience in Travel Agency / Tour Operator accounting is highly preferred
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication in Tamil & English
