We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can understand client requirements, demonstrate our ERP solution, and work closely with the sales team to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business requirements and identify suitable ERP solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations of Expand smERP to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to understand leads and prepare for client meetings.
- Gather and document client requirements and prepare solution proposals.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, demos, and other pre-sales documents.
- Address client queries and explain product features, benefits, and workflows.
- Coordinate with the technical/product team for complex requirements.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain proper records of leads, demos, requirements, and follow-ups in CRM.




- Provide feedback from prospects to the product and management teams.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Valuable understanding of business processes and software solutions.
- Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
- Ability to understand requirements and translate them into suitable solutions.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to conduct professional product demonstrations.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
