We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer with a minimum of 7 years of experience to oversee and coordinate civil construction and development activities at our real estate project sites.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and the ability to coordinate contractors and ensure projects are completed according to quality, timeline, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction and site development activities
- Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, surveyors, and other site personnel
- Check quantities, measurements, materials, and workmanship at the site
- Prepare and verify BOQs, estimates, work orders, and measurement sheets
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues or discrepancies
- Ensure proper execution of civil works including earthwork, roads, drainage, structures, and other infrastructure works




- Coordinate material requirements and ensure efficient utilization of resources
- Monitor contractor performance and resolve site-related issues
- Maintain proper site records, progress reports, measurements, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards
- Report project progress, challenges, and requirements to management

Requirements

- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Civil Engineer
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Strong experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or plotted development projects
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, measurements, and site execution
- Experience in handling contractors and labour teams
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical documents
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required

Pay: Up to ₹45,810.23 per month
