Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant Fresher to join our Accounts & Finance team. The candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, invoice processing, GST-related work, payment entries, bank reconciliation, and maintaining financial records.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Enter purchase and sales invoices in Tally/Accounting Software.
- Verify invoices, GST details, vendor details, and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST reconciliation and GSTR-2B checking.
- Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
- Assist in bank entries and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Prepare and maintain payment and receipt records.
- Assist in vendor ledger reconciliation and follow-up for pending documents.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, vouchers, and accounting documents.
- Assist in preparation of monthly accounting reports.
- Support the senior accountant in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work.
- Coordinate with internal departments for required bills and supporting documents.




- Perform any other accounting-related tasks assigned by the senior/supervisor.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of Debit, Credit, Journal, Ledger and Trial Balance.
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is sincere, disciplined, willing to learn, and interested in building a career in Accounts & Finance.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
