Profile - Supply Chain Executive
Responsibility -
- Procurement & Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, quotations, orders, and timely deliveries.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, material movement, and ensure timely availability of materials for projects and production.
- Order & Dispatch Management: Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, dispatches, and ensure materials reach the required location on time.
- Documentation & MIS: Maintain purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, stock records, vendor data, and prepare regular supply chain reports.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Stores, Logistics, Projects, and Finance teams to resolve material and delivery-related issues.
