About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through successful delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk management, budgeting, and timely delivery while ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to defined scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Design, Product, Business, and Operations.
- Allocate resources and manage team workload effectively.
- Track project progress and provide regular status reports and project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
- Develop mitigation and contingency plans to minimize project risks.
- Manage project scope and ensure effective change management.
- Conduct project meetings, stand-ups, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality and business requirements.
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of critical issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery methodologies.
- Maintain project documentation, including requirements, timelines, RAID logs,



meeting minutes, and project reports.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Project Management and end-to-end project delivery.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource management.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Valuable understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.

Good to Have

- PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM / PMI-ACP certification.
- Experience working with IT/software development projects.
- Technical understanding of cloud, APIs, databases, DevOps, and software development lifecycle.
- Experience with client-facing projects and international stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with project metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Budget and vendor management experience.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
