We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Controller to manage the organization’s financial operations, with a strong focus on investment-related finance, fund allocation, financial projections, budgeting, and financial control. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling funds brought in through investment associates and ensuring proper allocation, monitoring, and reporting of those funds.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the company’s overall financial planning, budgeting, and control activities.
- Handle and monitor funds generated through Investment Associates and ensure proper financial tracking.
- Prepare fund allocation plans based on business requirements, priorities, and projected financial needs.
- Develop and monitor financial projections, cash-flow forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.
- Track the utilization of allocated funds and ensure they are used effectively and as planned.
- Monitor investment inflows, fund movements, expenses, and returns.
- Coordinate with Investment Associates and management regarding fund requirements, allocations, and financial commitments.
- Prepare regular MIS and financial reports for management, including fund utilization and financial performance.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support investment and business decisions.
- Maintain proper records of investments, funding, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Ensure effective cash-flow management and working-capital planning.
- Identify financial risks, discrepancies, and areas of unnecessary expenditure and recommend corrective actions.




- Work closely with management to evaluate financial feasibility and projected returns of new investments or business initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, statutory, and financial control requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, accountants, banks, and other financial stakeholders when required.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls and reporting processes.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in finance, financial planning, investment management, or financial control.
- Strong understanding of fund allocation, budgeting, financial projections, and cash-flow management.
- Experience handling investment-related funds or financial operations will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and financial decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential financial information.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Investment Associates, management, and internal team
