The role involves equipping students with practical technical knowledge, enhancing employability skills, and aligning learning outcomes with current industry standards.

Role: Technical Trainers

Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Kodambakkam Campus, Chennai

Preferred Background: Technical Training / Teaching / Industry Experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver technical training sessions in core and emerging technologies

* Design and update curriculum aligned with industry requirements

* Facilitate hands-on learning through projects and real-time applications

* Enhance student problem-solving, analytical and employability skills

* Conduct assessments, assignments and performance evaluations

* Support placement readiness through interview and industry preparation

* Coordinate with industry experts, guest lecturers and certification partners

* Maintain training records and student progress documentation

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

* Strong technical expertise in relevant domains (CSE, IT, ECE, etc.)

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Practical and hands-on teaching approach





* Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities

* Adaptability to emerging technologies and tools

* Student engagement and mentoring capabilities

* Strong planning, coordination and teamwork skills

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology or IT

* Experience in technical training, teaching or industry preferred

* Proficiency in relevant tools, software and programming languages

* Strong communication skills in English and Tamil

* Relevant certifications will be an added advantage

* Passion for teaching and student development
