Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience across digital marketing, content, campaigns, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google, social media, email, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage brand positioning, messaging, and marketing communications.
- Create and oversee content for websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute lead-generation and customer-acquisition campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize activities based on data and ROI.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and external partners where required.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and other teams to support business goals.




- Track and report key marketing KPIs, including leads, conversions, engagement, traffic, and campaign ROI.
- Stay updated on marketing trends, customer behavior, and emerging digital channels.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in a similar Marketing Manager role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, project-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and productivity tools; experience with CRM, Google Analytics, advertising platforms, or marketing automation tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
