Location: Sector 2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

Bludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Architect / Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both 2D and 3D architectural design and be capable of independently handling projects from concept development to detailed drawings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals.

Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Create professional 3D models, renders, and visual presentations.

Develop interior and exterior design concepts as required.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Understand client requirements and convert them into practical design solutions.

Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.

Prepare construction drawings and detailed drawings.

Ensure design quality, accuracy, and timely project delivery.

Assist with material selection, finishes, and design detailing.

Conduct site visits and coordinate with site execution teams when required.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.





3–4 years of relevant experience in architectural/design projects.

Strong expertise in both 2D and 3D design.

Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or equivalent.

Good knowledge of architectural drawings, construction details, dimensions, materials, and finishes.

Strong design visualization and presentation skills.

Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle projects from concept to execution drawings.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with a strong portfolio of 2D and 3D architectural/design work will be preferred.

Candidates who can independently develop concepts and produce presentation-quality 3D views are highly desirable.

Candidates with experience in residential, commercial, office, interior, or similar projects will be an advantage.
