Job Summary:
Responsible for operating CNC machines to manufacture components according to technical drawings and required specifications. Ensures proper machine operation, product quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and measurements.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Set tools, fixtures, and machine parameters as required.
- Monitor machining operations and make basic adjustments.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and micrometers.
- Identify and report machine or production problems.
- Maintain proper production and quality records.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.




- Follow company quality, safety, and production procedures.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of CNC machine operation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of CNC codes/programs is an advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
Experience: Freshers can apply; CNC operating experience is an advantage.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
