About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Freelance Recruitment Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience and access to active recruitment portals/job portals for sourcing candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through recruitment portals, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.




- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain a regular pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Meet agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing, interviews, selections, and joining status.
