About the role

We’re looking for a concept-driven Creative/Brand Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into distinctive visual identities, campaigns and digital content.

This is not a basic editing, resizing or template-based role. You’ll be expected to develop original concepts, contribute creative ideas and take designs from brief to final execution.

What you’ll do

- Develop original concepts for brand and marketing campaigns
- Create engaging designs for social media, advertisements, presentations, websites and print materials
- Build and maintain consistent brand identities and visual systems
- Translate briefs into compelling visual stories
- Collaborate with marketing, content and business teams
- Present your design thinking and incorporate feedback effectively
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
- Take ownership of projects from initial concept through final delivery

What we’re looking for

- 2 to 5 years of skilled graphic-design experience
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original concepts, branding, typography, composition and campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Strong understanding of branding, colour, layout and visual storytelling




- Ability to think independently rather than rely only on templates
- Ability to understand briefs and develop multiple creative directions
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Ability to manage projects independently and work within deadlines

Location and interview requirements

- Candidates must be based in Gurugram (Gurgaon) or a nearby area
- Candidates must be available for an in-person interview at our Gurugram office

- This is an in-person position

Good to have

- Motion graphics or video-editing skills
- Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro or Figma
- Experience creating integrated campaigns across digital and print formats

Portfolio requirement

A portfolio is mandatory. It should demonstrate:

- Original creative concepts, not only resized or adapted templates
- Branding and visual-identity projects
- Marketing or advertising campaigns
- Strong typography, composition and visual storytelling
- Your individual contribution to each featured project

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
