Job Summary
We need a friendly and professional Guest Relationship Executive for our resort. You will be the main point of contact for our guests from arrival to departure. Your goal is to make every guest feel welcome, handle their needs quickly, and create a memorable stay.Key Responsibilities

- Guest Greeting: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, manage the check-in and check-out process, and explain resort amenities.
- Guest Relations: Check in on guests during their stay, build positive relationships, and anticipate their needs.
- Complaint Resolution: Listen to guest concerns with patience and solve issues quickly to ensure satisfaction.
- Service Coordination: Work with housekeeping, F&B;, and maintenance teams to fulfill special requests and room preferences.
- Information Provision: Share details about resort activities, local attractions, dining options, and transport services.
- Feedback Collection:



Gather guest reviews during and after their stay to help improve our services.
- Administrative Tasks: Keep accurate records of guest preferences, manage special notes, and handle billing inquiries.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality.
- Education: High school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English skills; knowledge of an extra language is an advantage.
- Personality: Friendly, patient, and skilled with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Flexibility: Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge and experience with hotel management software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
