Job Summary

ASTO Convention Centre is looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and supervise our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations.

* Allocate duties and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.

* Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained across the property.

* Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, public areas, washrooms, and other facilities.

* Monitor housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory.

* Train and guide housekeeping team members on proper procedures and service standards.





* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.

* Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.

* Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and reports.

* Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel, resort, convention centre, or similar hospitality environment.

* Strong leadership and team-management skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

* Ability to manage staff and daily operations efficiently.

* Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning equipment, and hygiene practices.

* Candidates from Kasaragod and Kannur region are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
