Job Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Manager to oversee our quality, environmental, social, and product regulatory standards. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our global certifications, ensuring full alignment with strict European and US regulatory frameworks, and auditing our manufacturing operations to meet the standards required.

Key Responsibilities

- Management Systems & Certifications: Maintain, audit, and lead recertification processes for ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), and SA 8000 (Social Accountability).
- Sustainability & Chain of Custody: Manage end-to-end traceability and compliance for Global Recycled Standard (GRS) and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certifications.
- International Chemical & Product Regulations: Ensure all raw materials, dyes, trims, and finished goods strictly comply with EU REACH, PFAS bans, and relevant US state-level regulations.
- Packaging Regulations & Circularity: Stay ahead of and implement operational frameworks for the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), focusing on recyclability, recycled content mandates, and eco-design standards.
- Client & Third-Party Audits: Host, facilitate, and manage customer-specific ethical, social,



and technical audits for European and American luxury buyers.
- Supply Chain Compliance: Audit downstream yarn spinners, weavers, dye houses, and accessory suppliers to ensure full chain-of-custody integrity and compliance with Restricted Substances Lists (RSL/MRSL).

Key Requirements

- Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on experience in quality, social, and environmental compliance within the textile, garment, or packaging export industry.
- Certification Expertise: Proven track record in managing and successfully renewing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, GRS, and FSC systems.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep technical understanding of EU REACH, PPWR directives, and international textile RSL standards.
- Auditing Credentials: Lead Auditor certification in SA 8000, ISO 9001, or ISO 14001 is strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting audit reports to international clients and management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
