Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Regional Manager – C&I; EPC Projects to manage and oversee Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) renewable energy projects in the Salem region.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy, with strong knowledge of project execution, client coordination, team management, and regional operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee C&I; Solar EPC projects from planning to successful completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, resources, quality, and schedules.
- Maintain solid relationships with C&I; customers and key stakeholders.
- Support business development and identify new C&I; project opportunities.
- Coordinate project requirements, BOQs, schedules, and commercial activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.




- Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
- Prepare regular project and regional performance reports for management.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Renewable Energy / Solar EPC industry.
- Experience in C&I; Solar EPC projects is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of solar EPC project execution and coordination.
- Strong client management, leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as required for project and client requirements.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on relevant experience, current CTC, and interview performance.
