1. Team Management: Manage a team of executives. Monitor attendance, leaves and shift adherence.
2. Floor Operations: Handle Live calls/escalations and maintain floor discipline. Has to speak renewal calls and new lead calls
3. Enter recent lead calls on CRM and Payment follow-up calls
4. To associate with Expiry calls, Hold lead verification calls, Customers welcome calls, Installation feedback calls, General Feedback calls
5. Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly Reports: Team Performance, attrition, adherence. Share with Operations Manager.
6. Employee Engagement: Motivate Team, Resolve Grievances, Conduct huddles & meetings.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
