*Role Summary*

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Trainer to join our branch team in Gurgaon. You will design and deliver end-to-end training programs for new hires and existing sales teams. You will equip advisors and sales professionals with product knowledge, lead generation tactics, and high-conversion closing techniques to drive business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

*1. Training Delivery & Facilitation*

- Plan, prepare, and conduct onboarding + continuous sales training

- Deliver training on health insurance products, riders, claims, regulatory guidelines, and USP

- Coach on sales techniques, objection handling, phone etiquette, and closing

*2. Lead Generation & Conversion Coaching*

- Train on lead generation: cold outreach, digital tools, referrals, community engagement

- Coach on consultative selling and need-based pitching

- Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and live pitch evaluations

*3. Module Development & Content Creation*

- Design/update training modules, SOPs, presentations, and cheat sheets





- Align content with IRDAI updates and new Star Health product launches

*4. Post-Training Monitoring & Performance Analytics*

- Track performance metrics post-training to assess ROI

- Identify gaps via field visits/call audits and run refresher trainings

- Submit weekly/monthly training reports, attendance, and dashboards

*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)*

- Adoption & Pass Rate: % passing product/compliance assessments

- New-Hire Productivity: Time-to-first-sale and early conversions

- Lead Conversion Improvement: Pre vs post-training conversion %

- Batch Completion Rate: On-time module completion

- Trainer Feedback Rating: 85%+ positive feedback

*Candidate Profile & Eligibility Criteria*

- *Education:* Any Graduate / Postgraduate

- *Experience:* Min 1 year in Sales Training, Direct Sales Coaching, or Lead Generation. Insurance/BFSI preferred

- *Age Limit:* 35 to 40 years

- *Credit Score:* Healthy CIBIL Score required

- *Skills:*

- Excellent communication in English + Hindi.

- Strong presentation, storytelling, and audience management

- Knowledge of sales funnels, lead management, and conversion psychology

- Proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
