Supports premature or critically ill infants and their families by promoting infant development, facilitating parental bonding, reducing medical trauma, and helping siblings cope with the hospitalization.

Key Responsibilities :-

Infant Development & Stimulation: Assess infant states to provide age-appropriate developmental play, sensory exploration, tracking, and positive touch plans tailored to fragile newborns.

Family Support & Bonding: Guide parents through comfort positioning, soothing techniques, and skin-to-skin care to ease the stress of invasive NICU procedures.

Sibling Support: Help brothers and sisters understand the NICU workplace and medical equipment through education and play so they feel included.

Legacy Building: Coordinate milestone tracking, handprints, photographs, and memory-making items for families during long or difficult hospital stays.

Care Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses, doctors, and social workers to advocate for family-centered, trauma-informed care.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
