MBBS & MD Admission Counsellor

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented MBBS & MD Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents through the medical admission process. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, a good understanding of MBBS/MD admissions, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS and MD admission opportunities, eligibility, courses, colleges, and admission procedures.

Understand students’ academic profiles, NEET scores/ranks, preferences, and career goals to recommend suitable options.

Provide accurate information about admission processes, counselling procedures, fees, eligibility criteria, and documentation.

Handle student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

Follow up with prospective students and parents and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.

Assist students with application forms, counselling registration, choice filling, document requirements, and admission-related formalities.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admission status.

Achieve individual and team admission targets.

Build strong relationships with students, parents,



and educational partners.

Stay updated on NEET, MBBS, MD/MS counselling, admission guidelines, and changes in medical education regulations.

Requirements

Graduate degree; preference may be given to candidates with experience in education counselling, medical admissions, or healthcare education.

1–3 years of experience in admission counselling, preferably in MBBS/MD/medical education.

Good knowledge of NEET UG/PG and medical admission counselling processes.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.

Comfortable working with admission targets and deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer applications.
