Position: Sales Executive / Sales Officer – Tyre Business Location: Korba, Chhattisgarh Industry: Tyre / Automotive / OTR / Industrial Experience: 2–5 years in tyre or automotive sales preferred Key Responsibilities Develop and manage tyre sales business across Korba and nearby industrial/mining areas. Identify and develop new customers in mining, construction, transportation, limestone and industrial segments. Manage existing dealers, distributors and key customers. Generate enquiries, negotiate prices and achieve monthly/annual sales targets. Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor products, pricing and activities. Develop relationships with fleet owners, contractors, mines and equipment operators. Coordinate with dealers, customers, logistics and internal teams for smooth order execution. Provide product recommendations based on vehicle/equipment application and operating conditions. Prepare sales reports, market intelligence and customer visit reports. Candidate Profile 2–5 years of experience in tyre sales,



automotive sales, OTR tyres or industrial products. Good knowledge of the Korba market and local customer network will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented and comfortable with extensive field travel. Experience dealing with mining/fleet/industrial customers will be preferred. Must have a valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally.
