Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountants Executive to support our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, assisting in audits, and supporting day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update accounting records and files
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Handle petty cash and maintain cash flow records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Provide administrative support to the accounts department as needed





Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally- ERP, Tally Prime)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Positive organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

- Experience with GST, TDS, and income tax compliance

Working knowledge of Tally ERP or similar accounting software

Pay: ₹8,597.17 - ₹35,000.00 per month
