Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused to join our team. In this role, you will interact directly with walk-in clients, assist them with timber specifications and product selection, and build strong relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Assistance: Greet walk-in clients, understand their project requirements, and recommend suitable timber, plywood, or wood products.
- Sales & Invoicing: Handle sales inquiries, generate quotes, negotiate terms, and process final sales orders.
- Product Knowledge: Learn timber varieties, grades, dimensions, and applications to explain benefits clearly to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients, contractors,



and interior designers to encourage repeat business.
- Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the display area remains organized, clean, and stocked with updated product samples.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Higher Secondary (10+2) or Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 0–2 years in showroom sales, retail, or customer service (Prior experience in hardware, timber, or construction materials is a plus, but freshers are welcome).
- Skills: Strong communication skills in Tamil (Knowledge of English or regional languages is an added advantage).
- Traits: Friendly demeanor, active listening, basic arithmetic skills for measurement/pricing calculations, and a customer-first mindset.
