Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Monitor political developments, electoral trends, and key zonal-level issues and insights.

2.⁠ ⁠Conduct field visits, interviews, surveys, and interactions with voters, local influencers, community members, and other stakeholders.

3.⁠ ⁠Engage with grassroots networks and local stakeholders to collect qualitative and quantitative information.

4.⁠ ⁠Prepare concise reports and present actionable insights and recommendations based on field research.

5.⁠ ⁠Support political research, campaign strategy, governance projects, and other consulting assignments as required.

Requirement:

1.⁠ ⁠2-5 years of experience in political consulting, field research, public policy, governance, or related domains.

2.⁠ ⁠Solid communication, analytical, research, and stakeholder-management skills.

3.⁠ ⁠Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone and work closely with grassroots stakeholders.

4.⁠ ⁠Knowledge of the local geography, political landscape, and language will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
