About the Role

We are setting up a dedicated AI Lab in our Delhi school and are looking for an enthusiastic AI Trainer to lead

it. The trainer will deliver a structured, hands-on AI, Robotics, and Coding curriculum to students from Grade

6 th to 12 th spanning AI foundations, IoT and sensor-based projects, 3D printing, computer vision, generative AI

tools, and Python-based data science (for senior grades) while running the lab day-to-day and mentoring

students on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

● Deliver the AI Lab curriculum for Grades 6-12 as per the monthly academic plan, covering AI

foundations, robotics, IoT, computer vision, generative AI, ethics/responsible AI, and (for Grade 12)

applied data science.

● Conduct hands-on lab sessions using AI programming kits, AI camera modules, sensors, controllers,

and 3D printers.

● Teach Scratch and Python for controller programming, and Python for data science (NumPy, Pandas,

GitHub) as per the grades.

● Guide students in the safe and responsible use of Open AI and generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT,

Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, Gamma AI) in line with the digital citizenship, ethics, and AI bias/fairness

modules in the curriculum.

● Lead 3D design and printing activities, from ideation to printed output.

● Prepare and maintain lesson plans, presentations,



and learning material aligned with the monthly

plan; track topic-wise completion and learning outcomes.

● Assess student projects and maintain performance/progress records.

● Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment and inventory - kits, sensors, controllers, 3D printers, and

lab computers.

● Coordinate with the school's academic team on scheduling, exams, and progress reporting.

● Support student participation in showcases, competitions, and demo days (including parent-facing

demonstrations).

● Stay current with emerging AI, robotics, and EdTech tools and incorporate them into lessons where

relevant.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.

● A solid grasp of AI kit ideas, with hands-on expertise in working on Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, or

similar micro controller/embedded systems.

● Good technical understanding of programming with Scratch, Python, and C++.

● Experience in software tools like Arduino IDE and Scratch.

● Practical expertise in the use of STEAM ideas & 3D printing (design to print).

● Robust desire to teach, excellent writing and vocal communication abilities.

Good to Have

● Prior teaching or training experience with school kids (Grades 6-12).

● Exposure to IoT platforms, AI camera/computer vision modules.

● Experience with generative AI tools and basic prompt engineering.

● Working knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and Git/GitHub to mentor data-science projects at senior

grade level.

● Patience, creativity, and classroom management abilities appropriate to young students.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
