Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage end-to-end spare parts operations.
- Develop and implement SOPs for parts operations, including ordering processes and discrepancy management.
- Prepare and deliver parts training modules for new dealership teams and team members.
- Manage parts catalogue preparation and regular updates.
- Ensure the parts function is fully operational and ready for new workshops/dealerships.
- Plan, monitor and achieve spare parts targets.
- Ensure adherence to government guidelines and statutory requirements related to parts operations, including MRP tagging and applicable scrapping policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, parts availability and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with sales and Service for smooth operations.

Ideal Candidate





- Diploma / Degree/ Mechanical
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in spare parts operations, preferably from the automobile industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and parts management processes.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Good understanding of inventory management, parts planning and dealership operations.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Candidates with experience in automobile dealerships, EVs, two-wheelers or four-wheelers will be preferred.
