Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Odoo Team Lead to drive end-to-end development, customization, and delivery of Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, manage client interactions (including international stakeholders), and ensure high-quality, scalable, and productive implementations aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Odoo developers.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.
2. Odoo Development & Customization
-Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
-Work across key modules such as Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Accounting.
-Handle complex customizations and performance optimization.
3. Client Engagement
-Collaborate with international clients to understand requirements and propose solutions.
-Provide technical consultation and ensure client satisfaction.
-Translate business needs into scalable Odoo solutions.
4. Third-Party Integrations
-Implement and manage integrations between Odoo and external systems.
-Ensure seamless data flow and system compatibility.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work closely with teams across Sales, HR, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
-Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business processes.
6. Project Ownership




-Take complete ownership of projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
-Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
7. Continuous Improvement
-Stay updated with the latest Odoo versions and industry trends.
-Drive innovation and improve development processes and delivery standards.

Job Specification (JS)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience:
-6+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (latest versions preferred).
-Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
-Experience in handling end-to-end Odoo implementations.

Technical Skills
-Python Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python with solid OOP concepts.
-Odoo Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of Odoo modules and workflows.
-Module Experience: Sales, HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Accounting (POS is a plus).
-Integrations: Experience with third-party API integrations.
-Database Skills: Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and query optimization.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
