About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our reputed Real Estate company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, and online promotional activities, preferably within the real estate or related industry.

We are experts in both domestic as well as commercial real estate segments. Currently, we are developing one of the largest logistics hubs on Durgapur Expressway, Dankuni.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to promote real estate projects and generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create,



and coordinate engaging content, creatives, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions, and other key marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Manage website content, basic SEO activities, and online listings.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Candidate Requirements :

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Professional Degree/Certification/Course in Digital Marketing is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Real Estate Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, SEO, and Lead Generation.
- Good communication, analytical, and creative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar creative tools will be an advantage.
